Sarjit Singh is a Malaysian National, born 1950. He has a long and
distinguished career in the plantation industry in Malaysia and
abroad. He was Vice Chairman of the Incorporated Society of Planters,
Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management.

Sarjit authored/co-authored papers published in various trade
publications on Pest Control,  Ripeness Standards & Harvesting
Criteria for Oil Palm, Palm Oil Recovery Systems,  and Mechanization
of Fruit Collection.

Sarjit served 34 years with Sime Darby Plantations of Malaysia holding
a diverse range of Management positions which experience includes
rubber, cocoa, coconut  and oil palm plantation and independent
management of estates. During his tenure with Sime Darby Sarjit
significantly improved replanting techniques, mechanised the collection
of palm fruit, established efficient pest & disease control measures, and
established palm oil recovery systems that remain the industry Best
Practice.

After his career with Sime Darby Sarjit in 2008 embarked on a
consulting career where he to the benefit of others could share his vast
knowledge. He has consulted with a number of Malaysian and foreign
organisations including:

Bent Mahler, born 1960, is a Danish National living in Asia since 1989.
He trained and worked in diverse agricultural enterprises in Denmark
and the US for about 10 years before joining UIE (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
in 1989. UIE was a new 10,000 ha. plantation development growing
Oil Palm, Cocoa, Coconut and Banana. Bent served in Management
positions during all phases of this development process and in 2003
completed this assignment when UIE was acquired by United
Plantations Bhd.

He then joined Anitox Corporation of the US as Asia Pacific Regional
Head. He set up an Anitox Asia Pacific base in Kuala Lumpur and for
six years worked on developing the company's animal feed additives
business in the region, expanding sales and operations in existing
markets, as well as developing new markets in Vietnam, Australia and
China. He became a member of the company's global management
team and as such was involved in all global strategic decision making.

In May 2011 Bent joined Citoforte Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as its Managing
Director.

In June 2011 Bent was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director
of UIE Ltd, a Copenhagen, Denmark public listed investment holding
company focused on investing in global agri and food  business. The
Company's main investments are in plantations, processing and trading
operations in Malaysia and Indonesia etc. while the company also
invests in significant globally operating investment entities.

From 1994 Bent served for 21 years as Non-Executive Director
with Howard Alatpertanian, a Malaysian based agricultural
equipment manufacturer and distributor, primarily serving South East
Asian agriculture.
Citoforte has solid in-house temperate, sub tropical and tropical zone agricultural development and
management expertise, and access to a diverse range of outside expertise as and when required. In the
tropics main expertise is on rubber and oil palm plantations. Below in-house executives are briefly presented:
